Court acquits Magomedov brothers in Globalelectroservis lawsuit

MOCSOW, Aug 24 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to bring Summa’s Magomedov brothers to subsidiary liability for a 17 billion-ruble debt of Globalelectroservis on Tuesday.

The court found only two defendants, the former general directors of Globalelectroservis, Vyacheslav Kochetov and Alexander Orevkov, liable.

The proceedings were suspended until the end of the settlements with the company's creditors to define the amount of recovery.
